This privacy and personal data protection policy describes our company's practices regarding the collection, use, and transfer of data communicated directly to our company through this website, when you access it for the purpose of receiving our recruitment and selection services, to get a job.

 

Our company is SC DENTISTART MEDICAL TOURISM SRL and is based in Bucharest.

The protection of your personal data is very important to us, and in this regard, we are willing to undertake all necessary steps to ensure compliance with all legal requirements regarding the protection of personal data, in particular those provided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals, concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (‘GDPR’).

Our privacy policy and personal data protection apply to any visitors to the dentistart.ro site.

Our company expressly makes no warranty with regard to the availability of our services at any time, without interruption, in good time, without error, in an accurate, reliable manner and free of viruses or malware.

All intellectual property rights, such as but not limited to, copyright, trademarks, database rights, and/or any other intellectual property rights, relating to the website and the services, including content presented and not presented, with the exception of your personal data content, will be owned by our Company.

  12.    Via external sources we mean: various social networks oriented toward business and/or professional environments (e.g. LinkedIn);  electronic registers and databases provided by institutions and public authorities;  information available on the internet, or from third parties, holding such information, such as but not limited to National Office of the Trade Register, the Romanian judicial instances portal administered by the Ministry of Justice, third parties empowered to hold databases of persons accused of terrorism or politically exposed, etc.

Information on the use and transmission of the personal data collected.

  1. The personal data collected is used only in the recruitment and selection processes carried out within our company.  Your data is processed by our employees and will not be used for commercial, marketing, and advertising purposes.  Our company will use your personal information as potential candidates to identify the professional opportunities we consider relevant to you and our customers.

  2. When you will be selected for involvement in a recruitment process managed by us, our company may transfer your data to other persons or entities in order to achieve the purposes of processing personal data, and this is necessary: to solve your requests; to fulfill our legal obligations, as well as to achieve legitimate professional and operational interests permitted by law.

  3. Your data will only be transferred to our customers (as your possible employer) electronically and can be transferred in the form transmitted by you, the CV with which you applied to us, and the other data you provided to us by accessing our website.

Our company has no express control over the employment of personnel by an Employer/Customer and therefore does not guarantee that the use of our services will lead to an employer offering a contract (employment).  Our company is not explicitly a party to any agreement that may be concluded between you and your employer, nor to the negotiation or conclusion of individual employment contracts.

  5. The information received from you is collected and stored using the level of protection provided to the personal data of the candidates.

We can also transfer your personal data, if necessary, to the Supervisory Institutions if requested under a mandate, or for the application of national or European law, without having to inform you;  these communications are intended to protect your rights and freedoms or of other data subjects.

Article 6 - Prohibitions

  1. The User is not permitted to create multiple User Accounts and/or to post any User Content which:

  2. a. deliberately contains incorrect information and/or is misleading;

  3. b. consists of the assumption of a false identity;

  4. c. contains advertising messages;

  5. d. uses or collects data from other Users in order to use this data for other purposes than provided for in these UTC or to approach the Users other than via the Website.

  6. e. refers to profiles that are not listed on the Website;

  7. f. uses tools other than those approved by SC DENTISTART MEDICAL TOURISM SRL, to search the Website or that uses data mining, robots, or other means to collect data;

  8. g. contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, bots, or other software that may hinder access to the Website and/or may damage the Website and/or the computer systems of SC DENTISTART MEDICAL TOURISM SRL  in any way;
